Effective October 2026. This notice explains how Nimbus Datalabs LLC-FZ (Dubai, UAE) handles information you send through the website.

What we collect

If you submit the contact form through our online service, we collect the name, email address, company (if given), selected enquiry category and message you enter. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and discuss relevant services.

Where it goes

If the online form is enabled, contact submissions may be stored in Cloudflare KV for up to 90 days and/or sent to our business mailbox through an email delivery service. If online delivery is not enabled, the form opens a draft in your email application; you decide whether to send it. Email copies may have a different retention period. Cloudflare may process technical connection data as our infrastructure provider.

Retention and requests

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to handle your request or meet applicable obligations. For information requests or removal, email usama.shah@nimbusdatalabs.com.

Cookies and third parties

This website does not install marketing cookies or advertise to visitors. We load web fonts from Google Fonts; your browser may connect to Google's servers to retrieve them.
